More than just a handpiece

Our high-quality handpieces are exceptional due to their precision and silent running smoothness. The features of the needle cartridges allow for a wide application spectrum, all the way from for example defining or drawing eyebrow hairs to corrective pigmentation.

The needle penetration depth can be easily set by simply turning the front part of the handpiece. Thereby the individual needs when working are addressed. Depending on one's personal preference, one can select either a straight or an angled, L-shape handpiece. A wide range of needle combinations allows for both the drawing of very fine hairs as well as small body tattoos.

High-quality materials such as anodized aluminum and smooth surfaces ensure that the devices can be easily cleaned.

Penetration of the Derma Contour pens

Our pen was tested against a pen made in Asia that has a plastic drive. For this a 1-needle was used and at quite high speeds (when compared to a micropigmentation procedure) a piece of paper was drawn on.

The lines created thereby were recorded using different microscopic magnifications:

10x magnification

Both pictures were taken using the same magnification. One can clearly see that with the Asian pen only irregular lines were drawn. The drive was partly not able to penetrate the paper (with the above mentioned movements). It is also obvious that the needle in the Asian system has the larger diameter.

70x magnification

Both pictures were taken at the same magnification. One can see the increased number of strokes per millimeter line with our  handpiece (brought about by the higher stroke frequency). The punctures are also clean and limited in scope. The frayed out punctures on the picture to the right cause a higher trauma level.

220x magnification

In this magnification one can recognize the clean punctures of the MT.DERM handpiece, contrary to the unclean punctures of the Asian handpiece.
