As a consumer (German law § 13 BGB) you are not obliged to pay for the ordered goods, if the cancellation is made within 2 weeks, starting from the first day of ordering the goods. The cancellation could be made through verbal, e-mail e.g. to info@dermacontour.de or through returning of the sent goods without damage. This condition is only accepted when the goods are returned as quickly as possible at least 3 days after delivery to

Please return the goods well stamped and packed to avoid any surcharges. Derma Contour refunds you for the postage if the goods are unused, damaged and sent back with the original packet and a declaration paper to prove that the goods were damaged through delivery.
We undertake the cost of postage if the goods you ordered are above 40 euro.
Unacceptable goods are goods which are produced by the customer for their personal use or the goods that have exceeded the date, which they are supposed to be returned or lay a complaint, audio, video recording or software, which the data carriers have been unsealed by the customer.
The guarantee occurs after the legal regulations and we supply later in case of a lack of the product after your choice at first. If the finishing touches of the products do not reach to your satisfaction you can return the products against compensation of the full purchase price or keep the product and reduce the purchase price. Please take information about possible manufacturer’s guarantees from the product documentation.
In case of contract treaties with the company Derma Contour, the court in Minden is agreed to serve as an exclusive legal venue for all civil disputes arising from the business transaction, including change and cheque complaints.
